Refunds are allowed for damaged or defective items returned within 15 days of the purchase date.
You must notify us of damaged or defective product within 7 days after receiving shipment!
No refunds or exchanges allowed more than 15 days after the purchase date!

You should expect to receive your refund within 4-5 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Damaged or defective items may alternatively be exchanged for another copy of the same item (if available),
or exchanged for another item at the same dollar amount as the original purchase,
no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Please include contact information, return address & a note about location of defect(s) on the returned product.
